Online Strata documents

You can now access and complete your strata documents online through APIC or BC OnLine by using strata hub.

eStrataHub is a service provided by APIC that lets Lawyers, Notaries, Real Estate Agents and Homeowners order, receive, and pay for strata documents all through your APIC or BC OnLine account.

To use estrata hub for your next order, follow these easy steps:

• Select eStrataHub from either the Access Point Information Canada (APIC) or BC OnLine menu
• Enter your Strata Plan and Strata Lot Number
• eStrataHub will electronically send your payment to the Strata Manager
• Payment will be from your APIC (credit card) or BC Online account
